WCPS and Children In Need Partner to Support Kids with Clothing Drive

Posted October 9, 2023

Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) and Children In Need are joining forces to hold their 15th annual clothing drive.  The drive, which will be held in four stages from October 16 through April 26, 2024, will involve each of the public schools in Washington County as well as the WCPS Center for Education Services.

During the drive, WCPS students, parents, staff, and other members of the community are encouraged to donate gently-used clothing (sizes 0-2X adult) and shoes (all sizes) to Children In Need.  The items collected will be distributed to economically disadvantaged children living in Washington County.  Donated clothing and shoes may be dropped off in the collection boxes that will be made available at participating schools during the donation periods noted below.
