Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) is partnering with the Washington County Health Department to offer voluntary flu immunization clinics during the school day.  Parents/guardians who would like their child to receive the flu vaccine must register and provide consent by completing the form associated with the appropriate clinic.  Additional information is listed below. 

A flu immunization clinic will be held at the following schools on November 29:

• Clear Spring High
• Hancock High

Register by completing this form by November 27.

 

A flu immunization clinic will be held at the following schools on December 4:

• Antietam Academy 
• Boyd J. Michael, III Technical High

Register by completing this form by December 1.

 

A flu immunization clinic will be held at the following schools on December 6:

• Barbara Ingram School for the Arts
• South Hagerstown High

Register by completing this form by December 4.

 

A flu immunization clinic will be held at the following schools on December 13:

• North Hagerstown High
• Marshall Street School

Register by completing this form by December 6.

 

A flu immunization clinic will be held at the following school on December 14:

• Williamsport High

Register by completing this form by December 7.
