On August 2, 2022, the Washington County Board of Education (“Board”) approved the first reading of proposed changes to the following policies:

• Policy AC – “Nondiscrimination Statement”
• Policy BD – “Types and Notification of Meetings”
• Policy JHCD – “Administering Medicines to Students”

The Board’s Policy Committee (“Committee”) is seeking comments from the community at this time on the proposed changes to the policies, which are attached.  You may submit your comments electronically or by U.S. mail on or before August 12, 2022, to the members of the Committee and to the staff liaison to the Committee at the following addresses:
