Posted January 20, 2017

HAGERSTOWN, MD (January 20, 2017) – The ladies auxiliary of Morris Frock American Legion Post 42 in Hagerstown is donating winter jackets to students of Washington County Public Schools. Auxiliary members also made winter hats that are being given to students in need across the county. The partnership has been coordinated by Brian Getz, health education and life skills teacher at Smithsburg High School. Getz was very appreciative of the auxiliary’s efforts: “The time, effort and energy the auxiliary members put into this initiative, including the personal touch of making the hats by hand, will make a tremendous difference to our students and families who have few resources.”
