HAGERSTOWN, MD (March 23, 2018) – Members of the Washington County business community are invited to the Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) Youth Apprenticeship Program Open House on Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 4 – 6 p.m. at the Center for Education Services, 10435 Downsville Pike, Hagerstown. More than a dozen local businesses are already partners in the program with WCPS. The keynote speaker for the open house is Kelly Schulz, Secretary of the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.
