Hagerstown, MD (October 11, 2018) - Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) is seeking applicants for positions in the Transportation Department, including bus drivers, bus attendants and crossing guards. Substitute positions for drivers, attendants and crossing guards are also available, with a variety of days and hours available. Substitute bus drivers earn $17/hour, substitute bus attendants will earn $12/hour and the rate of pay for substitute crossing guards is $10.62/hour. Driver applicants can train on a flexible schedule and will be reimbursed the $90 learner's permit fee.
