If a student requires transportation to or from a location other than the bus stop assigned to the home address, a Transportation Location Change Form (TLC) must be submitted to the WCPS Transportation Department as soon as possible. If not submitted in timely fashion, the request may not be approved prior to the first day of school. TLC forms received after August 7, 2015 will be processed in the order in which they are received. A transportation request will not be in place until the parent/guardian receives a copy of the approved TLC with the student’s new bus stop and time information.
