Transportation Department Asking Parents to Submit 2017 Transportation Location Change (TLC) Forms

HAGERSTOWN, MD (June 21, 2017) – The Transportation Department of Washington County Public Schools is asking parents and guardians to submit Transportation Location Change (TLC) forms in a timely manner this summer. If a student requires transportation to or from a location other than the bus stop assigned to the home address, a TLC form must be submitted to the Transportation Department. If forms are not submitted by August 10, 2017, the request may not be approved prior to September 5, the first day of school. TLC forms received after August 10 will be processed in the order in which they are received. Alternative transportation requests will not be implemented until the parent/guardian receives a copy of the approved TLC with the student’s bus number(s), new bus stop, stop time and the effective date.
