Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) students will be dismissed 2 1/2 hours early on Friday, March 4, 2022.

WCPS has been coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services in anticipation of a motor convoy that is expected to arrive in our community this Friday, March 4, 2022. The volume of vehicles involved in the convoy will likely create traffic congestion and delays on major transportation routes and secondary roads.

WCPS previously added an early dismissal to the academic calendar on Friday, March 11, 2022. Students will no longer be dismissed early on this date.

Friday, March 11, 2022 will now be a normal school day.
