South Hagerstown High School End of Year Update

South Hagerstown High School students and families,
As the school year draws to a close, we wanted to provide you with some important end-of-year information.
NEW - STUDENTS ATTENDING SUMMER SCHOOL SHOULD KEEP THEIR IPADS
Students will need to return the following items on their assigned day in order to avoid financial obligation:
• iPad charging cord
• iPad charging brick
• Any text books, library books, or other school owned materials given in specific classes
All items must be returned in a plastic bag labeled with the student’s name.
In order to comply with State orders related to COVID, times for the return of these items will be assigned based on grade and last name. On your assigned day and time, please come to the bus loop side of the building and stay in your vehicle. Staff will take your items and return any personal items you may have left in a locker or classroom prior to the closure and/or medications housed in the Health Office. Families with students in multiple grades may return items for all children at one time.
The drop-off/pick-up of items will take place at the bus loop located off Maryland Ave on the backside of the school. The return dates and time are as follows:
- 1:00-2:00 Grade 9, A-D
- 2:00 -3:00 Grade 9, E-L
- 3:00-4:00 Grade 9, M-R
- 1:00-2:00 Grade 9, S-Z
- 2:00 -3:00 Grade 10, A-F
- 3:00-4:00 Grade 10, G-L
- 1:00-2:00 Grade 10, M-R
- 2:00 -3:00 Grade 10, S-Z
- 3:00-4:00 Grade 11, A-G
- 1:00-2:00 Grade 11, H-P
- 2:00 -3:00 Grade 11, Q-Z
- 1:00 – 3:00 Anyone who missed their assigned date and time
At this time, we do not have a delivery date for yearbooks. When we get confirmation of a date, we will make an announcement concerning pick up.
