Last Planetarium Shows of the School Year; Summer Programs Scheduled

HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 20, 2019) – The last shows of the school year at the William M. Brish Planetarium will be presented on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. The early program is, “One World, One Sky,” for a pre-kindergarten and early elementary-age audience. The 7:00 program is for all ages: “From Earth to the Universe,” a stunning voyage through time and space that conveys, through an arresting combination of sights and sounds, the universe revealed to us by science.

Two days of summer programs are also scheduled. Programs will be presented throughout the day on Tuesday, June 25 and Tuesday, July 16. More information is available at the William M. Brish Planetarium website: www.wbplanetarium.weebly.com.

The William M. Brish Planetarium is located at 820 Commonwealth Avenue, Hagerstown. The admission prices are $3 for adults, $2 for children and students (with a maximum of $10 per family) and free for senior citizens with a WCPS Gold Card.
