Hagerstown, MD (August 30, 2018) - Jeanine Horst, Washington County's Teacher of the Year, has been named a finalist in the Maryland State Teacher of the Year program. Jeanine, a 5th-grade teacher at Cascade Elementary School, will attend the state recognition dinner on October 12.
