Hagerstown, MD (October 13, 2016) - One of several stops in Hagerstown today for Governor Larry Hogan was Bester Elementary School, where he discussed his commitment to education. He and his wife Yumi and members of his cabinet visited with Bester staff and students. The Governor also announced a $25,000 grant from AT & T for OnTrack Washington County, a program designed to provide more information about higher education and career training opportunities for high school students in Washington County. OnTrack is a coalition of community partners working toward improvement of the level of education attained by Washington County residents.
