Clear Spring, MD (November 21, 2018) - For the second straight night, a Washington County Public Schools volleyball team brought home a state championship from the University of Maryland. One night after Williamsport High won the Maryland 2A title, Clear Spring High beat Western Tech 3-0 Tuesday night to claim the 1A championship.
