Hagerstown, MD (November 11, 2016 ) - Boonsboro High School was today's winner of the 6th Congressional District We the People - The Citizen and the Constitution competition. Boonsboro advances to the state competition on January 5, 2017 at the Carver Center in Baltimore. North Hagerstown High School's team finished second and South Hagerstown High School earned third place. Today's competition was hosted by the Maugansville Bible Brethren Church.
