BOE Seeks Public Comment on Policies Regarding Public/Private Partnerships and Pregnant and Parenting Students

The Washington County Board of Education (BOE), at its August 15, 2017 business meeting, approved the first reading of two policies:

  • proposed Policy JEA, “Pregnant and Parents Students Attendance Policy;”
  • proposed Policy KC, “Public-Private Educational Partnerships - Construction Activity”

The Board's Policy Committee is seeking comments from the community on the proposed policies, which are displayed as a PDF under Documents to the right of this page. 

You may submit your comments on or before September 1, 2017, electronically to the members of the Committee and to the staff liaison to the Committee.  The e-mail addresses are as follows:
