BOE Seeks Public Comment on Capitalization Program/Limit

Hagerstown, MD (September 2, 2020) - On September 1, 2020, the Washington County Board of Education (“Board”) approved the first reading of proposed changes to Policy DIG, entitled “Capitalization Program/Limit.”

The Board’s Policy Committee (“Committee”) is seeking comments from the community at this time on the proposed changes to the policy, which is attached.  You may submit your comments on or before September 11, 2020, electronically to the members of the Committee and to the staff liaison to the Committee.  The e-mail addresses are as follows:
