BOE Seeking Public Comment on Proposed Changes to Policies on "Incentive Salary - Required Program Planning" and on Board of Education Advisory Committees

Hagerstown, MD (May 24, 2019) - The Washington County Board of Education (BOE), at its May 21, 2019 business meeting, approved the first reading of proposed changes to Policy GCBA, entitled "Incentive Salary - Required Program Planning," and the first reading of proposed changes to Policy BDF, entitled "Advisory Committees to the Board of Education," and the following exhibits:

  • BDR-E(1) – “Budget Advocacy and Review Advisory Committee”
  • BDF-E(2) – “Calendar Advisory Committee”
  • BDF-E(3) – “County Citizens Advisory Council”
  • BDF-E(4) – “District Technology Planning Advisory Committee”
  • BDF-E(5) – “Ethics Advisory Panel”
  • BDF-E(6) – “Facilities and Enrollment Advisory Committee”
  • BDF-E(7) – “Family Life Advisory Committee”
  • BDF-E(8) – “Finance and Audit Review Advisory Committee”
  • BDF-E(9) – “Safe Schools Advisory Committee”
