BOE Seeking Public Comment on Proposed Changes to its Student Discipline Policy

Hagerstown, MD (August 8, 2019) - The Washington County Board of Education (BOE), at its August 6, 2019 business meeting, approved the first reading of proposed changes to Policy JK, entitled "Student Discipline."

The BOE's Policy Committee is seeking comments from the community on the proposed changes, which are displayed in a PDF under Documents to the right of this page. You may submit your comments on or before August 19, 2019, electronically to the members of the Committee and to the staff liaison to the Committee. The e-mail addresses are as follows:
