BOE Seeking Public Comment on its Signs on School Property and Purchasing Policies

Hagerstown, MD (November 19, 2018) - The Washington County Board of Education (BOE), at its November 13, 2018 business meeting, approved the first reading of proposed Policy ECB, entitled "Use of School Facilities - Signs," and proposed changes to Policy DJ, entitled, "Purchasing Standards."

The BOE's Policy Committee is seeking comments from the community on each proposed policy, which are displayed as PDFs under Documents to the right of this page. You may submit your comments on or before November 30, 2018, electronically to the members of the Committee and to the staff liaison to the Committee.  The e-mail addresses are as follows:
