Hagerstown, MD (March 11, 2019) - The Washington County Board of Education (BOE), at its March 5, 2019 business meeting, approved the first reading of proposed changes to Policy JLF, entitled "Reporting of Suspected Child Abuse and Child Neglect."

The BOE's Policy Committee is seeking comments from the community on the proposed policy, which is displayed as a PDF under Documents to the right of this page. You may submit your comments on or before March 26, 2019, electronically to the members of the Committee and to the staff liaison to the Committee. The e-mail addresses are as follows:
