Hagerstown, MD (October 6, 2017) - The 36th Annual WCPS Elementary School Cross Country Run is on Saturday, October 7 at Eastern Elementary School on Yale Drive, Hagerstown. The 3rd grade begins at 9 a.m., the 4th grade run at 10:30 a.m. and the 5th grade run starts at 11:45 a.m. Runners should arrive for check-in no later than 30 minutes before their scheduled run. Parents and spectators are asked not to park alongside the roads near the schools. Parking is available at Eastern Elementary and Ruth Ann Monroe Primary.
